How do I register on the OA App
Registration is a simple process. Enter your phone number. We will send an OTP to that number. Once you enter the correct OTP, your registration process is completed.

How to securely store my message data on the cloud
Message data is stored on iCloud for iPhones and on Google Drive for Android phones. To encrypt and store the data on the iCloud go to
OA Settings > Backup > Secure Backup with Encryption and turn this ON.
You have the option of using your own 64-digit key or allow OA to generate a 64-digit random number key for you. We do not store this key.
Please store this in a secure place, other than on your iPhone. If you lose this key, you will not be able to restore the data from iCloud
If I uninstall my OA App, will my data be lost
When you uninstall your OA App, the local data on your phone will be deleted. The data which is backed up on the iCloud can be restored once you register the OA App again.
If I change my phone number, will I lose my messages on the OA App
If you change your phone number, you will not lose your messages. They will stay associated with the OA App.
If I change or upgrade my iPhone, will I lose my messages
If you upgrade your iPhone, iPhone / IOS allow you to migrate all your apps to the new device. When you undertake the migration, your OA message data will also be migrated.
